Fitness Kickboxing

Teen/Adult Kick 2 Fit Kickboxing

Ages: 13+

Kick 2 Fit kickboxing (a.k.a. Fitness Kickboxing) will kick-start your fitness goals with an awesome aerobic workout that will increase your endurance, burn fat, tone muscle, and build skills and confidence in your ability to defend yourself.

During a typical 60-minute workout, you can burn as much as 400-500 calories. Plus, you will learn proper kicking and punching technique (Muay Thai striking & blocking) to use in real-world self-defense situations.

There are so many options when it comes to training, that it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, while trying not to fall victim to the latest fitness fad.
You want a program that can give you results, but at the same time can be fun. A personal instructor would be ideal, but sometimes the financial investment can be prohibitive.
The good news is that at Tiger Warrior Dojo we have developed our small group training classes to be the exact solution you are looking for: Personalized attention from an instructor with the accountability of training in a small team environment!
